Our Services

Physiotherapy is a hands-on treatment aimed at diagnosing and treating movement disorders caused by muscle imbalances, joint dysfunctions, nerve irritation, and postural issues.

At Peak Fitness Health Hub, we prioritise a thorough assessment to identify the root causes of pain and create a personalised treatment plan.

Our hands-on sessions provide relief from acute pain but also provide solutions to your chronic conditions

Exercise Physiology (EP) carefully blends evidence-based corrective exercise with strength and mobility training for healthy mobility that lasts.

At Peak Fitness, all EP programs begin with thorough assessment of health, injuries, strength and mobility to prepare a program that suits your unique needs. Thereafter, your EP will oversee your every exercise in a 1-to-1 or group setting, so you know you’re getting it right.

Exercise Physiology is your first port of call for:

  • Osteoporosis.

  • Osteoarthritis.

  • Strength, posture and balance.

After physio, it is essential to see your EP for follow-up strength and conditioning - to consolidate your progress, for benefits that last.

  • A Medi-Pedi (Medical Pedicure) is designed to address foot health while enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the feet, ensuring they look and feel their best. We use sterile instruments, ensuring both safety and cleanliness during each treatment, including nail care, fungal nail treatment and callus or corn removal.

  • If you suffer from ingrown nails, we offer a non-invasive, effective solution using conservative nail bracing techniques. This method helps relieve discomfort, correct nail alignment, and promote healing, without the need for surgery.

  • Diabetes can lead to a range of foot health issues, but with proper care and regular assessments, many of these complications can be prevented or managed effectively. Our diabetic foot health services focus on early detection, prevention, and ongoing care to ensure your feet remain healthy and free from complications.

  • Dry needling is an effective technique for relieving muscle tightness, pain, and improving mobility. We utilise dry needling to target muscular and fascial trigger points, offering relief for those dealing with lower limb discomfort or injury.

  • A thorough biomechanical assessment is essential for identifying underlying problems affecting the feet and lower limbs. Whether you have pain or are seeking to improve your athletic performance, we conduct detailed assessments to identify misalignments, gait issues, and any biomechanical dysfunctions. Using various techniques such as strengthening exercises, orthotic therapy and footwear modifications, we can begin to manage any concerns.
